Butter Garlic Prawns
Ingredients: 1 kg Prawns (cleaned and de-vein) 20-30 grated garlic cloves/ 2-3 garlic bulbs Minced/ Finely chopped Coriander leaves Salt Pepper 3-4 1mm cubes Butter (Amul - salted/other) 1 tbsp Corn Flour mixed with water 1 Lemon Juice Sugar 1tsp 2 tbsp Cooking Oil of your choice Cooking time: 10-15 mins Steps: Thoroughly clean the prawns with water 2-3 times Marinate prawns with Salt, Pepper and Lemon juice for 15-30 mins (optional) Heat a pan on medium flame, add 2 tbsp cooking oil and 2 cubes of butter Cook for 2 mins then add the crushed garlic Saute for 2 mins Add the prawns and mix it well with garlic Add salt, pepper and lemon juice After 2 mins add the corn flour Add 1tsp sugar and coriander leaves Mix all the ingredients Have a quick taste to check the salt Add 2 blocks of butter and if the prawns are cooked and turn off the flame. Let the butter melt in the heat Mix well and serve hot
